The three round rookie draft is where each team selects their three rookies (or however many rookies they have picks for). The order is the previous seasons standings reversed (worst gets first pick and champion gets last pick) and the draft does not snake. After this draft, we will have the live waiver draft, once again, starting from worst team previous year getting first waiver and champion getting last waiver. After this is finished your 17 player roster is complete (14 vets maximum), your waiver spot is determined by how the waiver draft ended, and all other players go on waivers for the normal waiver period.
